Treat yourself to a moment of well-being in the middle of the week, in a soothing setting between sea and sky.
 
Delphine Guermeur guides you through a gentle, rejuvenating approach designed for all levels.
 
Every Thursday from 10.30am to 11.30am.
Every Tuesday from 21 July to 18 August, from 5 pm to 6 pm.

- Individual lessons: €25
- 10-class card: €200
 
Number of participants limited to 10.
