More than 2,000 kilometres of walks and hikes along the Breton coast, from north to south, from Mont-Saint-Michel to Saint-Nazaire. Follow the Breton coastline and admire the different viewpoints afforded by these walks, each more beautiful than the last.
The Meneham site
Nestling between Roscoff and Les Abers, Meneham is a gem not to be missed in North Finistère. This natural, cultural and historical site is well worth a visit. Whether it's the house between the rocks, the village of thatched cottages, the beach dotted with strangely shaped rocks, the passionate craftsmen or the captivating events, Meneham is full of surprises.
Pontusval lighthouse
Standing proudly at the heart of a granite chaos, between two sandy beaches, this iconic Breton lighthouse is much more than just a monument. It is the guardian of the seas, the silent witness to past maritime history. The Abers archipelago
The Abers archipelago is an unspoilt natural setting at the north-western tip of Finistère. Granite rocks meet lush green vegetation, and stretches of fine sand rub shoulders with the iodised spray of the Atlantic. Sometimes inaccessible, these islands evoke a destination far more exotic than Brittany.
The main islands
There are 5 main islands in the Abers archipelago, each with its own special features. Île aux Américains and Île Cézon focus on coastal protection, and Cézon has a Vauban fort on its land. Île Wrac'h and Île Vierge both have lighthouses. Finally, Île Stagadon is considered to be the island at the end of the world, with its crystal-clear turquoise waters.

Ile Vierge is home to Europe's highest lighthouse. Nicknamed the giant of the seas, it stands 82.5 metres high and overlooks the entire Abers archipelago. Visible for 42 kilometres on a clear day, it is even the highest ashlar lighthouse in the world. However, admiring the view from its glass dome is well worth the effort, as you will have to climb the 383 steps to the top.
If it's not the first thing you think of when you visit Finistère, it's possible to bask in the sun on one of its many beaches. Behind the little house nestling among the rocks, you'll find sumptuous white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. You won't be able to resist taking a dip in the calm waters, which create a heavenly setting with a hint of the Caribbean.
The 20 hectares of natural space around the hamlet have been carefully preserved. The dunes and meadows are home to exceptional flora and fauna.

A seaside destination, a land of sports enthusiasts, visiting Finistère also means trying your hand at a host of seaside activities. Sailboats can be seen gliding past on the wide expanses of sand, while paddles and kayaks glide across the water.

the GR 34
Near the Hôtel de la Mer is one of the most beautiful views you can contemplate from this famous GR34. It is the pointe Saint-Mathieu seen from the pointe Penzer. Pointe Saint-Mathieu also offers a magnificent 180° panorama of the island of Ushant and the island of Sein.
