Every Thursday morning, the Hôtel de la Mer is transformed into a haven of peace. Delphine Guermeur, a local teacher, offers a yoga session a gentle ride by the sea, inspired by the natural elements. Open to all levels, this suspended moment allows you to breathe fully, between sky and sea. Before or after the session, participants are free to enjoy the hotel wellness area steam room, sauna and tea room.
Estran'Ordinaireguided walks between land and sea
Led by a passionate naturalist guide, this walk on the foreshore reveals the discreet but fascinating wealth of the coastline. For almost 2 hours 30 minutes, seaweed, shellfish, marine plants and microfauna are observed, explained and promoted. It's a fun and engaging way to better understand the challenges of local biodiversity and the need to preserve it.
Floral workshop with Bloom Poésie
Dried flowers become poetry in the hands of Celia Breguiboul, founder of Bloom Poetry. Through creative workshops, participants make wreaths or globes from local, sustainable flowers. Each creation tells a story, combining aesthetics, eco-responsibility and the passing on of traditional skills.
Literary meetings with Hervé Giloux
The local author Hervé Giloux meets every week at the Hôtel de la Mer to discuss his book Pontusval, the spray of silence. Between anecdotes, reflections and a love of the Breton coastline, these intimate encounters offer a warm and inspiring time of exchange, facing the sea.
Aperitifs Rhythm & Blues
In fine weather, Monday evenings can be a real party. Every Monday from 7pm, the Hôtel de la Mer welcomes Sumak Association for a live blues, jazz or folk concert. Plates to share, house cocktails, a sunset and a friendly atmosphere: a musical and iodised rendez-vous to enjoy with your feet in the water.
