Since the renovation, the Hôtel de la Mer has continued to move forward, driven by a collective dynamic and concrete commitments. A year ago, the hotel was awarded its fourth star, in recognition of the work carried out by all the teams and the attention paid to every detail. More recently, the Green Key has confirmed a sustainable approach that is an integral part of the hotel's day-to-day operations, paying close attention to resources, responsible practices and local roots.
A strong culinary identity at Bistrot Gourmand
