The restaurant's dishes tell the story of men and women, farmers, fishermen, market gardeners and other enthusiasts of local produce.
The kitchen is run by Chef Sébastien Duhamel. It's a real return to his roots for this native of Brittany, who has worked in some of France's most prestigious establishments alongside Pierre Gagnaire and Jérôme Roy.
Our gourmet bistro welcomes hotel guests and non-residents every day in a cosy setting overlooking the sea. A friendly atmosphere, the image of family tables with people, each happier than the last to see each other and toast their reunion. The spectacle of the tides, the colours of the sky and the beauty of the rocky coast bring the meals to life in a ballet of harmonious responses.
