Chef Sébastien Duhamel, recently awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur, creates a sincere and inspired cuisine, fuelled by a passion for the region's producers, fishermen and market gardeners. Born in Brittany, he returned to his roots after working with some of France's top chefs, including Pierre Gagnaire and Jérôme Roy.
Our Bistrot Gourmand welcomes hotel guests and visitors alike in a cosy, friendly atmosphere overlooking the sea.
